2. WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?
No worries — the remaining items are still on the way.
For orders containing multiple products, items may be shipped separately from different warehouses or suppliers. This allows us to provide more efficient shipping options and better prices.
Your remaining packages will arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.

RosaLind works with trusted suppliers and manufacturers worldwide.
To provide customers with better prices and efficient delivery options, orders may be shipped directly from our partner facilities overseas.
By working directly with our suppliers, we are able to reduce unnecessary costs and pass those savings on to our customers.
4. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
We want every customer to have a positive shopping experience.
Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are currently unable to accept returns for situations such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us with photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.
5. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order has been submitted to our suppliers and entered the processing stage, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
